Despite saving the Haunted House from the rat menace the Scratch Cats manage to stir an ancient ghostie. He's very tall and skinny for a ghost but is as agile as the day he died.
Not having a head he tends to prance around aimlessly but with his trusty muscot in his trusty hand he's best avoided.
